Return Policy

A full refund will be given on your Firth purchase, provided application is made within 30 days of the purchase as per your latest dated receipt and provided the jewelry being returned is free of damage or any alteration. Refunds are only made to the original purchaser on record and in the same method of original payment. Special layaways, size alterations or used merchandise are non-refundable.

Diamond Jewelry Return Policy

Firth's provides free, lifetime mounting inspection and cleaning. A mounting inspection includes checking all ring prongs and other wear to ensure the security of a diamond and/or gemstone. This will be your assurance to prevent loss due to normal wear. If any diamond or gemstone (either center or side stone) is lost from the jewelry as a result of the defect in the mounting, Firth's will replace the diamond with another diamond of comparable quality and equal value. If repair, resizing, or resetting is required, Firth's professional goldsmiths will service your ring promptly and at Firth's affordable prices.
